Pikestead provides a platform for trading cryptocurrencies. We act as a facilitator and do not provide investment advice. You acknowledge that:

- You may lose some or all of your invested capital
- Past performance does not guarantee future results
- You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
5. Fees and Charges
Trading fees are clearly displayed on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days notice. Current fees include:
- Trading fees (maker/taker)
- Withdrawal fees (if applicable)
- No deposit fees
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use the Platform for any illegal activities
- Engage in market manipulation or fraudulent trading
- Create multiple accounts
- Reverse engineer or attempt to hack the Platform
- Use automated trading bots without authorization
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
7. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity. Upon termination, you may withdraw your funds subject to applicable fees and verification.
8. Limitation of Liability
Pikestead is not liable for losses resulting from:
- Market volatility or price fluctuations
- Your trading decisions
- Technical issues or system outages
- Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence
- Force majeure events beyond our control
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. You agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
